The concept for ‘A Pit. A Lion. A Girl.’ came from the wonderful book ‘In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day‘ by Mark Batterson. If you haven’t read this book then I highly recommend it.

In short, the book is about seizing the opportunities that come your way, pursing your dreams and not looking back on your life regretting  risks not taken.

For too long I have not trusted myself to the world, I have not taken risks – I have remained quiet, scared to put a voice to my thoughts, scared to invite people into my mind, scared to seize the opportunities.

Well, no more regrets! I have started writing and I am putting myself out there – for better and for worse. Some posts will be work related, others more personal, hopefully you will find something of interest in each and every one of them.
